Mark Streifer, based in Boston, is a Managing Director for our Human Resources Practice. He is a human resource leader experienced in partnering with executive leadership teams at multibillion dollar global companies to provide strategic perspective and execute operational initiatives.
Mark came to Allegis Partners after nine years with Covidien PLC working as their vice president of talent acquisition and planning. In this role, he led global talent acquisition and planning, built a high-performing organization spanning all regions and developed broad-based strategy focused on building brand awareness and emerging market penetration. Prior to that, he was vice president of talent management at Tyco Healthcare, where he implemented succession planning/organization capability, tracking, movement and development of key talent; was responsible for filling more than 6,500 positions per year; and partnered with the senior executive team in selection of key talent into critical leadership roles.
Mark has also held roles as vice president, Global Human Resources—Controls Division, at Invensys, PLC, directing global talent management programs, and as executive director, Strategic Staffing, at Merck & Co. Inc., where he lead all senior-level executive search activity and developed/implemented broad-based diverse talent acquisition strategies and programs.
Earlier in his career, Mark served as director of staffing at Honeywell and director of staffing and outplacement programs at GE/Martin Marietta Corporation. He also held several human resource management positions at General Electric's Aerospace business before starting his career as an executive search consultant.
