Ian Ziskin, Chairman of EXec EXcel Group and former CHRO of Northrup Grumman Corporation
Ian founded EXec EXcel Group LLC, a human capital coaching and consulting firm, in 2010 following a highly successful 28-year career as a corporate business executive. EXec EXcel Group builds individual and organizational credibility through human capital strategy, leadership & talent development, and organizational transformation. Ian delivers services to clients as a board advisor, coach, consultant, teacher, speaker, and author. He is the co-founder of the CHREATE project (Consortium to Reimagine HR, Employment Alternatives, Talent, and the Enterprise), a volunteer-driven movement to address the future of work and HR.
Ian is a current and past board member of multiple boards and executive committees . He has written two books, THREE: The Human Resources Emerging Executive (2015) and WillBe: 13 Reasons WillBe's are Luckier than WannaBe's (2011), as well as articles, blogs, and book chapters on the future of HR and effective organizations, coaching, and HR's role with the board of directors, among other topics.
Ian has a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations degree from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Binghamton University.
Liz Huldin, EVP, People & Organizational Capability of The Heritage Group
Liz is a member of The Heritage Group’s executive team and is responsible for driving talent, rewards and organization strategies to fuel growth and innovation. She is active with holding company and subsidiary boards and participates with the compensation and talent committees across the holdings. Liz draws on her experiences from prior leadership roles across diverse industries including Motorola and Boeing, and her legal practice in labor, employment and M&A.
Liz is fueled by a love of learning and developing others. She is a mentor and frequent speaker on M&A and business transformation, has been published in the Harvard Business Review and is a regular contributor to professional groups on HR strategy, M&A, global labor, and talent development. While with Honeywell, she earned her Six Sigma Black Belt and has worked with design thinking as Boeing re-energized the engineering team. She remains tied to the community, sitting on the Advisory Board for Women in Security and the Women’s Fund.
Liz is a Michigan native and graduate of the University of Michigan and Wayne State Law School.
Caroline Starner, President, Starner 2.0 and former CHRO of Oakley
Caroline's boutique business consulting firm, Starner 2.0, helps companies reinvent their talent strategies and improve their organizational effectiveness by diagnosing their unique opportunities to unlock value, rebuilding the HR department to stay focused on value creation, and identifying and implementing talent strategies that are pragmatic, innovative and responsive to the seismic shifts in the workforce that are afoot today.
Assignments include, HR strategy development, CHRO development, organizational effectiveness, culture transformation, talent acquisition strategy, and due diligence.
Caroline spent six years as Global SVP of Oakley, prior to this she was Senior VP Human Resources for Pacific Sunwear for three years. She has also held key leadership roles at Gap Inc., DuPont, Yum! Brands, PepsiCo, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products, and Chase Manhattan Bank.
Caroline started her professional career after graduating from Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
Joe Bosch, CHRO of Mattel; former CHRO of DIRECTV
Joe has more than 34 years of broad HR experience in a wide variety of industries and varying economic environments, including high growth, turnarounds, industry retrenchment, international, mergers, acquisitions, and spinoffs. He has a track record of success working with CEOs and boards of directors to build exceptional HR functions, reshape corporate culture, and establish robust talent management systems.
Joe worked for Pepsi Cola in a variety of HR generalist and specialist roles before transferring to Pizza Hut, where he worked in both domestic and international operations culminating in his appointment as Chief People Officer of Pizza Hut. He then served as the CHRO for Tenet Healthcare, Centex Homes, and DIRECTV.
Joe is currently the principal of HB Consulting providing HR consulting and executive coaching. He sits on the board of Pizza Hut of Ft. Wayne, and the advisory board of MD Insider. Joe is a Fellow in the National Academy of Human Resources. He started his professional career after graduating from Cornell University's Industrial and Labor Relations School.
Chris Yeh, Investor, Writer, Entrepreneur
Chris is the co-author, along with LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman and entrepreneur Ben Casnocha of The New York Times bestseller, "The Alliance: Managing Talent in the Networked Age." Chris is the co-founder of Allied Talent, the official provider of The Alliance Framework for helping organizations better recruit, engage, and retain entrepreneurial employees. In addition, he has founded, advised, or invested in over 100 high-tech startups. He earned two Bachelor's degrees from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

The Hon. Helen Coonan, Board Chair, former Australian State Senator for New South Wales
Helen was appointed Chair of the APAC Advisory Board in Sydney in 2016, to help spearhead opportunities for growth and expansion locally and in the APAC region more broadly.
As a former Senator in the Australian Parliament, Cabinet Minister and Deputy Leader of the Government in the Senate, Helen has a key understanding of the impact of Government, regulation and the public sector on business operations and investment.
Since transitioning from Parliament to the private sector, Helen has taken up an extensive portfolio of corporate and charitable roles, including an advisory practice.
Current appointments include directorships to the boards of Crown Resorts Limited and Snowy Hydro Limited. She is the Chair of the Crown Board Audit and Governance Committee, Chair of Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, and Chair of the Crown Foundation. At Snowy Hydro, Helen Chairs the Board Retail Energy Committee and serves on the Safety, Operations and Environment Committee. Government appointments include Chair of Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority and as Trustee of the Board of Sydney Opera House. In the private sector, Helen is the Chair of Supervised Investments Limited and the Co-Chair of GRACosway Pty Limited, part of the Clemenger Group. She is on the Advisory Board of J.P. Morgan and is a Consultant to Samsung Australia, Aon and Quantium.
A key influencer in Australian business and political circles, Helen is frequently sought out to provide keynote addresses at conferences and to contribute at media events. She recently headed a 40 strong delegation of leading Australian businesswomen to Israel and has actively mentored younger women in their corporate careers and political aspirations. She is a weekly panel contributor on Sky News Business - discussing politics and the implications for the business environment.
Helen has identified an opportunity for Allegis Partners to participate in a public / private sector coalition including representatives from most sectors of the economy to recruit and retain Australian Defence Force talent as they transition from active duty. Helen is keen to expand these opportunities to assist transition of top talent in sport, politics, academe and the public sector to corporate roles.
