Ian Ziskin, Chairman of EXec EXcel Group and former CHRO of Northrup Grumman Corporation
Ian founded EXec EXcel Group LLC, a human capital coaching and consulting firm, in 2010 following a highly successful 28-year career as a corporate business executive. EXec EXcel Group builds individual and organizational credibility through human capital strategy, leadership & talent development, and organizational transformation. Ian delivers services to clients as a board advisor, coach, consultant, teacher, speaker, and author. He is the co-founder of the CHREATE project (Consortium to Reimagine HR, Employment Alternatives, Talent, and the Enterprise), a volunteer-driven movement to address the future of work and HR.
Ian is a current and past board member of multiple boards and executive committees . He has written two books, THREE: The Human Resources Emerging Executive (2015) and WillBe: 13 Reasons WillBe's are Luckier than WannaBe's (2011), as well as articles, blogs, and book chapters on the future of HR and effective organizations, coaching, and HR's role with the board of directors, among other topics.
Ian has a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations degree from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Binghamton University.
Liz Huldin, EVP, People & Organizational Capability of The Heritage Group
Liz is a member of The Heritage Group’s executive team and is responsible for driving talent, rewards and organization strategies to fuel growth and innovation. She is active with holding company and subsidiary boards and participates with the compensation and talent committees across the holdings. Liz draws on her experiences from prior leadership roles across diverse industries including Motorola and Boeing, and her legal practice in labor, employment and M&A.
Liz is fueled by a love of learning and developing others. She is a mentor and frequent speaker on M&A and business transformation, has been published in the Harvard Business Review and is a regular contributor to professional groups on HR strategy, M&A, global labor, and talent development. While with Honeywell, she earned her Six Sigma Black Belt and has worked with design thinking as Boeing re-energized the engineering team. She remains tied to the community, sitting on the Advisory Board for Women in Security and the Women’s Fund.
Liz is a Michigan native and graduate of the University of Michigan and Wayne State Law School.

Joe has more than 34 years of broad HR experience in a wide variety of industries and varying economic environments, including high growth, turnarounds, industry retrenchment, international, mergers, acquisitions, and spinoffs. He has a track record of success working with CEOs and boards of directors to build exceptional HR functions, reshape corporate culture, and establish robust talent management systems.
Joe worked for Pepsi Cola in a variety of HR generalist and specialist roles before transferring to Pizza Hut, where he worked in both domestic and international operations culminating in his appointment as Chief People Officer of Pizza Hut. He then served as the CHRO for Tenet Healthcare, Centex Homes, and DIRECTV.
Joe is currently the principal of HB Consulting providing HR consulting and executive coaching. He sits on the board of Pizza Hut of Ft. Wayne, and the advisory board of MD Insider. Joe is a Fellow in the National Academy of Human Resources. He started his professional career after graduating from Cornell University's Industrial and Labor Relations School.
Chris Yeh, Investor, Writer, Entrepreneur
Chris is the co-author, along with LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman and entrepreneur Ben Casnocha of The New York Times bestseller, "The Alliance: Managing Talent in the Networked Age." Chris is the co-founder of Allied Talent, the official provider of The Alliance Framework for helping organizations better recruit, engage, and retain entrepreneurial employees. In addition, he has founded, advised, or invested in over 100 high-tech startups. He earned two Bachelor’s degrees from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

The Hon. Helen Coonan, Board Chair, former Australian State Senator for New South Wales
Helen was elected to the Australian Senate as Senator for NSW in 1996, 2001 and 2007 and also served as Deputy Leader of the Government in the Senate. She held Ministerial portfolios, in Cabinet, as the Minister for Communications, Information Technology and the Arts and prior to that as the Minister for Revenue and Assistant Treasurer. After 15 years in Parliament, including nine years on the front bench, Helen stepped down to take up commercial opportunities in the corporate sector. Her current portfolio includes Board appointments to Crown Resorts Limited and Snowy Hydro Limited; she Chairs the Snowy Retail Operations Board Committee and is also Chair of the Crown Resorts Foundation. She has advisory board roles with J.P. Morgan and with Aon Risk Services and is a Consultant to Samsung, Quantium and Allegis Partners. She Chairs the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, Super Investments Australia Limited and Co-chairs GRA Cosway (a member of the Clemenger Group).
