A Culture-Driven Chief People Officer

As a search partner, it’s not often that you get to work with a culture-first CEO like Matthew Scullion. Matthew's passion about Matillion’s culture is palpable so when he asked us to help him on his Chief People Officer search, we jumped at the opportunity.
