Finding a People Leader Who Was Willing to Roll Up Their Sleeves

Our client, an AI technology company, is on a mission to help fleets achieve zero traffic collisions by making driving safer and smarter.  Allegis Partners was introduced to our client through one of their venture partners. 

As they are scaling their operations, they were looking for a fresh take on their people operations programs.  They wanted an exceptional leader with startup experience with the capability of operating as a strategic-doer.  Building and scaling the people operations infrastructure for a global and dispersed workforce was key. 

The chosen candidate was ideal for the role because she brings global experience, intellectual curiosity, an analytical approach and strong communication skills.  It also helps that she came from an AI/automotive startup with a significant amount of relevant experience. We were thrilled to partner with our client on this search and in a short time she is already making a difference.
