Our energy client wanted to reshape their value proposition to customers moving from traditional generation to a technology driven portfolio of products and services. They wanted to explore digital leadership talent located outside of New Zealand who would be willing to relocate. Allegis Partners was engaged by the Group CEO and spent time getting to know and understand their business. We launched a global search to identify an Executive General Manager who would be responsible for helping deliver the digital services and tools our client’s customers need to streamline energy management in their homes or businesses. We provided a diverse slate of candidates, from which our client chose a manager from London with almost 20 years of digital experience, who understands how technology and mobility are reshaping services within the home and for business. As a result of this successful placement, the client has re-engaged Allegis Partners to lead additional searches.
