Rob Gurzeev, CEO and Co-Founder of CyCognito, wanted to launch a search for his company's first VP, People. CyCognito is an attack surface management startup founded in Tel Aviv with a significant GTM footprint in the US and in Europe. In December 2021, CyCognito announced a $100 million Series C on an $800 million valuation.

Rob retained John Anderson and Allegis Partners for their search with the goal of finding a candidate capable of building and leading a global people function. International experience, leading and influencing through rapid growth, and a history in the technology startup space were must haves. "The Allegis Partners team found a candidate who immediately connected with CyCognito’s mission and values and brought deep experience in startup and global enterprise technology companies," said Rob.
