Dawn M. Zier sits on the boards of The Hain Celestial Group and Spirit Airlines. She is the chair of the nominating and corporate governance committee for both boards and sits on the audit committee with The Hain Celestial Group and the compensation committee with Spirit. Over the years, she has served on numerous boards and chaired committees for a variety of organizations including Tivity Health and the Data and Marketing Association (DMA).
Dawn is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Nutrisystem, Inc., an innovative provider of weight loss programs offering a wide variety of home-delivered, nutritionally balanced meal plans, retail products and advanced digital tools. She held that role until March 2019 when Nutrisystem was acquired by Tivity Health. She then served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Tivity Health, Inc., a leading provider of fitness and health improvement programs, and also is a member of its board of directors. Prior to joining Nutrisystem, Dawn spent more than 20 years with Reader’s Digest Association serving in various roles of increasing responsibility.
