Sara Martinez Tucker sits on the boards of American Electric Power, Nationwide Mutual Insurance and Service Corp International. At AEP, Sara serves on the director & corporate governance committee, the human resources committee, and the policy committee. At SRI, she is a member of the audit and the nominating and corporate governance committees. She previously served on the boards of Sprint and Xerox.
In addition to her board service, Sara was President and CEO of the National Math and Science Initiative and served as Undersecretary with the U.S. Department of Education. She serves on the Board of Trustees at the University of Notre Dame and previously chaired the Board of Regents of the University of Texas system.
