NEW YORK (January 28, 2020) — Allegis Partners (AP), a global executive search firm, announces the placement of Christina Monzon-Le as Vice President, People, reporting to Diamanti CEO, Tom Barton. The search was conducted by John K. Anderson, Managing Director in Allegis Partners’ San Francisco office, and Lora Martinelli, Director in Minneapolis.

Christina has more than 15 years of HR experience in the areas of business partnership, benefits, employee relations, immigration, talent acquisition, compensation, HR systems and training. She will oversee all aspects of People Operations and Talent, including designing Diamanti’s people strategy and the long-term vision for creating a thriving, collaborative and high-performance culture.

Christina holds an MBA from San Jose State University and a B.A. in Business Administration from California State University, Hayward.
