Allegis Partners Places Sally Underwood as CFO and Director of Business Operations at the Australian Ballet

Sydney, Australia (August 24, 2017) — Allegis Partners (AP), a global executive search firm has placed Sally Underwood as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Business Operations at the Australian Ballet in Melbourne, Australia. Sally is responsible for all administrative, financial, and risk management operations, development of the finance and operations strategy and as Company Secretary, execution of an effective corporate governance framework.

A chartered accountant, Sally joined the Australian Ballet after serving in several senior leadership positions with ASX-listed organisations in the banking and telecommunications industries. As Head of Global Shared Services and GM Accounting Services with Telstra, Sally led large multi-disciplinary teams responsible for supporting Telstra's businesses globally. Prior to joining Telstra, Sally led the establishment of a global shared service function for ANZ, which provided finance, HR and sourcing support to banking operations in 36 countries.
