NEW YORK (April 28, 2016) — Allegis Partners (AP), the global executive search firm, announced today they have placed Tami Polmanteer as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for Aleris Corporation, headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio.
Ms. Polmanteer brings more than 28 years of human resources experience to her new role at Aleris, with a background spanning both U.S. and international organizations, and includes knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and sales and marketing departments. She is leaving the position of Chief Human Resource Officer at Daymon Worldwide, where she was instrumental in leading the organization through a period of change and restructuring. She previously spent 17 years working for the Kellogg Company, most recently as Vice President, Human Resources, International and Corporate Functions where she managed strategy shifts, organizational changes and change management initiatives, among other responsibilities. Prior to her arrival at Kellogg, Ms. Polmanteer held positions in the aerospace and engineering industries. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Nazareth College in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
