Boardroom diversity, particularly the inclusion of women, was a major focus for investors as well as legislators in many U.S. states.

Allegis Partners and DirectWomen hosted a fireside chat on May 12, 2020, to discuss how the current pandemic might impact board composition as well as what new challenges and opportunities may arise for prospective directors in the aftermath of COVID-19.
