Who has had the biggest influence on your career and why?
The COO I worked with at a previous company. He challenged me to think differently and to learn to let go of long held beliefs that weren’t serving me well. As a leader in the organization, he led by example.
What is the best career advice you have been given?
Look at setbacks or struggles as an opportunity.
Knowing what you know now, what career advice would you give your younger self?
Don’t let fear of what others may think of you or say hold you back from speaking up.
As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A veterinarian or marine biologist.
What is on your bucket list?
I would love to travel the world over long periods of time or go on a slow-paced cross-country trip across the U.S.
