Our focus on the HR vertical. It was more than one person focused on HR at a search firm, it was a whole team of experienced and strategic operational leaders doing senior-level HR search work across a variety of industries.

Hiring the Chief People Officer at Zume. It was a challenging search with an exacting CEO, but we landed the best candidate for the role, and we were all really happy with how it turned out.
  • Who has had the biggest influence on your career and why?

Marc Lore, CEO of Walmart eCommerce, and Vinit Bharara, Founder & CEO of Some Spider Studios. They were my direct managers at Quidsi in NY/NJ. They made everyone a high priority, and the formula worked.
