• What attracted you to Allegis Partners?

    I was working in another Allegis Group company and learned of the opportunity with Allegis Partners. I was attracted to the chance to do something different in the executive space.
  • What is the best part of your job?

    The different clients. Every role, company, industry has its nuances, and learning those differences makes the job really fascinating and interesting.
  • How would you define your career in 5 words or less?

    Never a dull moment.
  • Describe one of your successes at Allegis Partners.

    One of the best moments was when I was able to place a candidate at a company she was extremely interested in. I had talked to her a year ago about another opportunity, but it wasn’t the right time for her. A year later, the same company had a new role, so I reached back out to her and it was an immediate placement. There was no question on either side.
  • Who has had the biggest influence on your career and why?

    My dad. His motto is work hard, play harder.
  • What is the best career advice you have been given?

    Don’t be afraid to step on toes or ruffle feathers in your career or life.
  • Knowing what you know now, what career advice would you give your younger self?

    Ask more questions about anything—whether its a position or a company. It’s really important.
  • As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

    An astronaut.
  • What is on your bucket list?

    Visit Machu Picchu and the Galápagos Islands.
